Lindenberg Racing is set to spread its wings this year as Peter and Paige Lindenberg embark on a four-race international historic racing program. 

The dynamic Langebaan dad and daughter team’s season starts with a bang this coming weekend and the following weekend with the Passion For Speed Internationals at Zwartkops in Pretoria on Saturday 2 February, before making the trek down to Cape Town for round 2 at Killarney Saturday 9 February, but the big news is an overseas leg that takes in Zandvoort in Holland and Brands Hatch in England in May and June this year.

“It’s race week and we have some really exciting news,” Peter Lindenberg confirmed. “Paige and I are two of six South African historic racers to be invited to compete in a four-race International series starting this weekend at Zwartkops and next week at Killarney, before we head off to race at Zandvoort in May and Brands Hatch in June! “It's a brilliant opportunity and we took it with both hands — we just can’t wait for this brilliant experience!”

“I am delighted to take our father and daughter effort to the next level,” Paige added. “It’s a bit different this time as we won't be sharing a car, but rather competing against one another — my dad driving his Shelby GT350, me in my Ford Fairlane and Remia Brynard as crew chief. “We are beyond grateful and excited for this opportunity and I am so excited to be able to experience something like this with my dad!”

Lindenberg Racing will meanwhile be at full strength in the Passion for Speed races with Djurk Peter and Paige in the Mustang and Fairlane, while also sharing Pete’s Daytona Cobra in the 45 minute TT endurance race, while Djurk Venter will be out in his Daytona Cobra at Zwarkops and Kirsten Venter will race her Escort at Zwartkops too.
