Camps Bay lad Sebastian Boyd is champing at the bit to get back on track at this weekend’s WP Karting Championship pipe opener at Killarney as he sets out to resume battle in the Junior Max class this weekend.

“I can’t wait to race,” Boyd, who was runner-up in both the South African National and Western Province Regional Junior Max Championships last year admitted. “It’s been a long break, but not much will be different this year as I will be up against my usual rivals, Jason Coetzee and Dario Busi this weekend - but this time I want to end up on top!”

“It’s never easy,” the Boyd Boss Freight Kosmic driver explained. “Both those guys and a few others are going to be hard to beat, but that’s the way I like it - bring it on!”
