Ballito youngster Daniel Duminy heads to the Zwartkops Kart Raceway’s fourth round Northern Regions Karting Championship Saturday 3 June intent on maintaining his recent karting form following a victorious outing in the previous round of the championship.

“I’m looking forward to a good race weekend up at Zwartkops,” Daniel explained. “I really enjoy racing there, I have a decent track record at Zwartkops and Ricky Perdigao and the team have my SMD Racing FA Kart running very well, so hopefully I'll take another win in Pretoria to break the tie I'm in for the championship lead.

“My luck is slowly turning too - we had a barren run earlier in the season, but we won in the kart last time, so it would be good to keep that momentum going. “Now we just need to take that mojo to the big track, where we have had a pretty tough run too, but for now its full focus on karting at Zwartkops — bring it on!”
