White in epic final French F4 fight

Bloemfontein’s Stuart White heads to the French Riviera in the middle of a massive eight-way spat for third overall in the FFSA French Formula 4 Academy at Paul Ricard 14-15 October.  White has had an impressive rookie season in the series, but he needs to repeat his pole position and race win at Magny Cours if he is to pull off the leap to third in the final championship standings.

“It’s going to be a big weekend!” Stuart smiled. “I am seventh in the championship, but just 15 points behind Florian Venturi in the championship race, but there are only seven points between the five drivers next up in the title chase, Charles Milesi, Pierre-Alexander Jean, Christian Muñoz, me and Hugo Chevalier in eighth, so it’s all to play for.

“I have nothing to lose but plenty to gain – Paul Ricard is a challenging circuit that suits my style, but I am confident that if we can escape the trouble we had at Barcelona last time out, fourth – or even third in the championship is not out of the question. “It’s up to me though, but I’m ready to do it.”
