But it’s all eyes on Zwartkops for Seb

Camps Bay kart racer Sebastian Boyd enjoyed a thoroughly entertaining day’s racing at Killarney’s sixth round WP karting championship races on Saturday. Boyd raced in both the ultra-quick DVS class and in Junior Max, where he scored a race win and a close second overall to consolidate his strong championship second position.

“I had a lot of fun today!” Sebastian confirmed. “Qualifying in the wet was awesome - especially with the power of the DVS and the Junior races were great. Charl Visser, Jason Coetzee and I won a race apiece and we were split by three points overall - I was in the middle — second is cool!

“Now we head to Zwartkops for this weekend’s double-header - we will race with the Northern Regions guys on Saturday and then it’s the African Open on Sunday with a chance for a World Final seat in Portugal in November. “I want that ticket - let’s do this!”
