A proud sponsor of the Everest Wealth Ridgeway Racing National Cross Country motorcycle racing team, Tork Craft tools salutes the team’s three young champions on their epic maiden season championships riding Yamaha.

“Tork Craft is a long and proud sponsor of Harry Grobler’s team, and when Everest Wealth Ridgeway Racing switched to Yamaha for its 2025 National Cross Country motorcycle racing effort, it was a natural decision to continue,” Tork Craft’s Ryan Hunt explains. “Not only has it paid off with the entire team exclusively using Tork Craft Track Boxes and other tools, but the team’s three youngest members all won National titles!”

National High School 125 cc champion Murray Smith stormed to four wins in five races as he ruled the class aboard his Yamaha YZ125X. Ruald Potgieter likewise won four under-13 wins out of five starts to claim the 85 cc Seniors crown aboard his Tork Craft spannered Everest Wealth Ridgeway Racing Yamaha YZ85. 

It was however the team’s youngest member, Ryan Wichman who truly dominated as he sped to an unbeaten under-11 South African 65 cc Junior title riding his Everest Wealth Ridgeway Racing Yamaha YZ65. Other team riders to impress were Open man Maddy Malan on his Yamaha YZ450FX, Tyron Beverley’s YZ250FX competitive OR3 and Masters man Warrick van Schalkwyk who rode his YZ450FX to second in the oldest class chase.
